Paul Hoyt

Paul Hoyt has over 33 years experience leading teams to improve profitability and productivity.  Comfortable “from the boardroom to the boiler room”, he has worked with dozens of organizations across many industries, and at all levels.  

Paul has a passion to help others succeed.  His many accomplishments include managing programs to improve revenue through direct and indirect sales channels, increase operational efficiencies, decrease inventory levels,  improve customer service, and implement new infrastructure systems. He has a rock-solid executive-level track record of profit generation, business growth, customer service, relationship management, and new business development.

Paul is an authority at managing complex, large-scale cross-functional project teams to achieve both incremental and revolutionary improvements.  He has extensive experience in managing high risk, large-scale programs requiring enterprise-wide teamwork and involving multiple and international locations. He has mentored many project and program managers, and has written an e-book on advanced techniques in Project Management and Project Auditing.

Paul’s domain expertise includes outsourced solutions of all kinds:  Indirect Sales and Channel Marketing, Program Management, and Operational Services (including Application Service Providers, Managed Service Providers, Facilities Management, and Business Process Outsourcing relationships).

He has worked with Qwest, EDS, Oracle, Litton Industries, General Motors, Southland Corporation, Continental Airlines, JDS Uniphase, Anheuser-Busch, Computer Associates, and many other smaller firms.  In addition to being a business owner, he has worked as a General Manager, CIO, VP of Professional Services, Principle Consultant, Program Manager, Sales Executive, and Marketing Strategist.  He has had P & L responsibilities of over $20 million per year, and led a staff of over a hundred people.
